clearly STO board like Hony over Sceptre because they get cake and eat it too otherwise they would have engaged with a view to pushing price up. why would they now say yes at an even lower price for their options, when they know that HONY is going to buy in down the track at scraps and they still keep their seats?
Sceptre can bid all they want but my guess is another "No".
