From my way of thinking, the precise nature of the DOT contract arrangements for Edencrete doesn't matter.
If the DOT engineers are drawing up new protocols which are designed around Edencrete, and a project from the DOT specifies that level of concrete performance, then whatever the name on the side of the truck that delivers it is irrelevant. What comes out of the truck will be Edencrete 500. As long as Eden is selling the admixture to concrete companies for these contracts, they don't need to own the trucks as well.
