This is my take on the trading halt in relation to the entitlements offer:

1) Entitlements offer is re-priced to a lower price to reflect current share price.

2) Entitlements offer is cancelled and a placement made to S&PIs.

3) A combination of 1) and 2).

Option 2 opens up many possibilities some of which have already be canvassed above and in earlier posts by @ozpolarbear .

Option 1 would make the entitlements offer more attractive.

I like option 2 better.

We believe the TON story and have kept a core holding. TON has been good to us in the 3 years we have bought, held and sold along the way. We would not be where we are today if it was not for TON and the merry wolves of Wolverhampton.
