Exactly - this is the supply overhead, or overhang. People bought in higher, are underwater, and as soon as there is a chance of breaking even ("aka "human nature"), the stock will be met with a kamikaze wave of sellers pushing it back down. The same will happen, at 7, then at 8 etc... I suggest there is a lot of overhead supply.
I'd say all those in the red rectangle below (and more) are underwater, to a greater or lesser degree.
