Well one of my friends keeps referring me to the Fosters report for the fundamental value for RFN, so i thought i would make my own model using the same method to illustrate how the value could change drastically depending on what assumptions you made, and why the fosters $1.70 target was silly. It should have included a range of possible valuations.

By no means is this model perfect ( I have noted in the file a lot of the flaws and it is possible i have made mistakes as this was a very rough job)
Use at your own discretion, and do not use this as a strict guide or to make any investment decisions.
This is a fundamental value method and technical analysis could also be useful , and should also be considered.
