    It was the sell side, looked to be putting up a false higher sell signal . I saw a few days ago a bot buying at five min intervals off the buy side holding up the price couldn't understand that either.
    We have seen so much share action on NOR I wouldn't be ignoring or selling this short. When confidence builds with this stock greed will take over as we have seen already, when is the question.
