Can you drink a2 milk without any problems? If you can, it is likely that you are not lactose intolerant but rather have a problem with digesting a1 protein. It is estimated that about 75% of people think they are lactose intolerant but aren't. Their problems are likely because of the a1 protein.
A2 milk still has lactose, which is a disaccharide sugar found in milk.
