    As frustrating as this is, I'd wait until the company is wound up. Then at least you will get a capital loss. A lot of us have been forecasting the demise of FAS for a very long time, but with the imminent and irrevocable closure of the 3B mine and R&D open cut pit, there can't many more miles in this dog.
