...Existing Board/Management "only" have to be smart enough to (a) want to make bucketloads of money for Shareholders--read "themselves" if got heaps of skin in the game-- (b) identify and consummate a great RTO deal and (c) finally, get out of the way and allow incoming people to execute future....
PS: so far, ODN has delivered on (a) & (b)....
...and this augurs very well for EXM...
