Von, you talk about drilling down into the financials and yet i haven't actually seen you analyse the numbers in even a cursory manner. I suspect "drill down into the financials" is more a rhetorical device than genuine comment on research.
All of the other comments you've made, re: dividend, overvalued, are all relative to what your entry price is. I try to make a habit of entering stocks before the story is in full swing and the masses have arrived. On that basis, i'm more than comfortable with the yield and no real interest in paying CGT on the basis of guessing how high or low the shares might fall. As i pointed out to you, even if it was to fall 20%, it's a borderline call at best, as to whether selling would be the optimal financial decision.
