This would be tough news on a company that needs full production asap. On one level the IR laws provide protection to firms. Conversely an economy with 4.9% unemployment and shortages most extreme in skilled areas labour too has a strong hand, while Beaconsfield should be a lesson to all miners. I would hope that the situation is resolved easily.
