DIRECTOR: AUG: Chairman's Retirement

As previously signaled to the market, Mr Peter Wilson, Chairman of Augusta
since IPO in December of 2006 (under the name Kermadec Property Fund) has
retired from the Company's board effective today. Peter is a very well
respected professional director with a wealth of experience. That experience
has been invaluable to the Company in guiding the management team through
some challenging market cycles, some major acquisitions and most notably the
transition from a Listed Property Vehicle (LPV) into a fully integrated
Property Funds Management business during his 9 years as Chairman. Peter
leaves the Company in very good heart and in a solid financial position with
a bright future. On behalf of the other Board members and management I would
like to personally thank Peter for his tireless service and dedication to our
company. We have been privileged to have him. Mr Paul Duffy takes over as
Chairman from today as previously advised.
