That is the weakest part of the deal I think Neilst. I would expect that Torrens are committed to moving on it, sooner rather than later based on their history with us. They have been excellent with all they have done to date. However you are right, the $1million is ethereal at present.
Looks like a couple of people agree with a good size parcel offloaded today and more into the sell depth.
