Are people really surprised that FY16 guidance is not likely to be reached? I'm not and I doubt the market was when it cut SGH to sub $1. This news is priced in at current levels. Guidance is going to be hard to predict, sure... but once again largely priced in.
I think it's a positive that the UK business has turned from cashflow negative to positive since the last announcement.
This is the key piece of information from todays document. Of course there will be the usual selldown, but I'm not budging.
