as far as i know it is company should adopt clear rules, but the existing asx rules are not very clear they rather provide guidelines. The company cant trade share when possessing insider market sensitive information which the public is not aware of, however they have mentioned that they are looking to sign the offtake agreement by the end of the year and this can be considered as disclosed. Where the details are not available yet.
The above just to provide my experience when worked in ASX listed company, however the law could change since i left company few years ago, but dont remember anything in the press on changing this particular law.
Saying the above I'm not trying to prove that the announcement will be made by the end of the month rather than sharing my past experience.
Still hope to have a pleasant Christmas present from them!

Where is the Offtake deal? just about to end of the year. .. Dow up over 240 ppts. ASX up over 100 ppts.. this hopeless stock is going no where.. The worst performance stock ever on ASX for years now..
