    Retail in general is looking positive. PGR is illiquid in terms of free traded shares but that helps the upside if the news is good.

    PGR could pay out 7-8cps in FF dividends this FY, if that happens it is well and truly undervalued considering it has no net debt and very strong positive cash flow. Market sentiment is a fickle thing and it could change in a blink, which would see this easily trading at $1+
