well maybe not but it has to be up there. a stable property trust like investment which when it hit $2 was likely to yield only a miserly 2%. do the people buying it for $2 realise that they are not buying exposure to more customers entering brothels. the more clients they get the more money the underlying brothel business makes which then intern pays rent to the premises. shareholders in DPL get exposure to these relatively fixed rental streams form the underlying brothel business.
