The only bad thing about this company is the board and management disdain for the share price and lack of info to the market.
As my research proved before I bought the company...Codan's fundamental are strong and will be going into the future. With 20M going into R&D...is will only get better. (this coming from a PO shareholder!)
I just with 5-10M was diverted to a buy-back...which could increase the shares by 50-100% and give the company a strong return.
Remember your NOT a shareholder...just a disgruntled ex-employee.
