I think there is a definite distinction between the CFO and the CEO.
The CFO does all the financials, overlooks them, makes sure everything matches up, the CEO gets his information from the CFO. The previous CFO was fired, hence why we have a new earnings guidance, also a new auditor because the previous Pitcher and Partners were obviously not doing their job properly either.
