Dear Mr Grundel,
ARL owns the Octaviar assets that used to belong to PIF.
This is a fact that must become immune to reinvention, reinterpretation, re-engineering or re-imagining in any way, form or shape.
I cannot speak for Jenny Hutson or Wellington Capital. I’m sure you’d agree that Jenny is very capable of speaking for herself.
I agree that ARL should be a Financial Industry Entity of the highest Corporate Integrity. Judge us by our actions, not by your preconceived ideas.
Regards,
Fred Woollard

Thank you Fredddyray for this plain-speaking.
We now know the real intentions of ARL takeover episode;
so starkly in opposition with stated aspirations of previous
Chairman, Mr Beddal.
Back in 2013, we knew you as "Freddyray".
It is then that the takeover episode evolved, is it so Freddyray?
Perhaps you now may tell what legal redress may be available
to PIF unit holders to protect their dwindling interests.
Your input will, as always, be appreciated.
Thank you again,
Simon/simgrund
