STO is producing oil and gas at a loss actually. Its LNG project with a cash flow neutral at Brent Oil price at 40USD/barrel and now oil price is well below the price, not mention its oil production heavy loss I guess. I do not think ELK have much option. Just the management should really be acting to protect the holders interest and take over it when it is really good bargin.
