You don't need to be expert to write a book, just credentialed enough to sell it or just pitch a popular theme. Feel a bit the same about some Hotcopper posts, anyone can throw one up.
But that is quite a seasonal theme. The hand full of investment books I've read and enjoyed are classics written in the 1930s or 40 and stood the test of time. I've bought "reminiscences of a stockbroker" jesse livermore's story to read on my Gold Coast holiday. Open to other suggestions. Proven classics only.
