    So what exactly do you expect? The German Government Guarantee is out of KNL'S hands and to expect them to announce anything otherwise is fanciful. If you are indeed a top 20 Euro investor, then you would know full well the processes involved , as well as the due diligence required and the time line involved in such a deal. I suspect you are anything but BUT top 20!
