I guess I can answer my own question. Whats the point resolving a trigger event dispute when the Virgin Island Con Note holders will try to look for other trigger events. It may be the alleged trigger event is to lure the company into refusing to issue new shares which might then be considered a valid trigger event. I suppose its best to wait until the relationship with this mob is finished before resolving the dispute.
