Haha kidding. I probably do, most people do, who likes to be wrong, I could say that you suffer from confirmation bias because you disagree with what I say. (kidding)
But where exactly are they hearing these "rumours"? Like doesn't that sound dodgy to you? my 10 year old niece hears rumours too, And the Media is well known to make things up, create headlines from nothing, misquote, take out of context, so really I have a hard time believing anything from "Anonymous sources." I will believe in an announcement, hard figures or an ASIC announcement or a media article if they reveal their source. But otherwise there's just as much chance it's bullshit and I am right, as it is to be true and I am wrong.
I like to have a discussion actually, and if I am proven wrong in a way that teaches me something, great. However it's rare for people to discuss here, people comment their beliefs and then leave, if I quote them they rarely reply. I would prefer that someone teach me something, than going around assuming I am always right. Grant62 has been making some great posts that are contrarian to what I think, and they're really well thought out and put together. Whereas just saying I am wrong isn't really constructive or helpful. I like you pointed this bias out to me though.
