Sack the board and uk staff but you need the CEO for another year to stabilise the UK and handover somethkng half functional and with signs of life to keep or retain any of the $1 billion dollars we spent buying it as shareholders.

The market has valued it as a liability. SGH pre uk adventure had a market more than current market cap.
If the UK is deemed to have a positive value we're all saved!
