It's a shame the company hasn't / can't publicly announce this news
It may be the ASX won't let them disclose a deal without disclosing particulars (they recently pinged another company), and if it is commercial in nature they don't want to risk it
There would still be a large % of the register who are unaware of such news, and many would find it welcome and material - it's a big tick
With any luck, the ASX will query the 33% move on volume and they can hopefully confirm (even if a 1 liner) that they've struck a confidential deal with WA government
