I have already stated that I am a holder - not sure why the computer I'm using keeps automatically reverting my setting to 'not held', I am used to it remembering the last saved setting so do not actively select it each time I post.

Furthermore, if you recall I conducted that vote as to whether or not the collective position was that we should initiate further action (25NO - 10 YES) and patiently waited the last 2 weeks.

So the question becomes what are you doing posting on here @pisces?

@IFINO don't flatter @pisces by making him think any of his comments have any legal backing - they are just opinions of an uninformed market participant, that seems surprised when ASX/ASIC take steps to regulate the market (i.e. do their job). He also seems to be of the view that the Corporations Act (particularly the continuous disclosure provisions) are unnecessary.

Lets not kid ourselves, ASX/ASIC are here to protect investors and it is within your right and recommended that you use these provisions at all time to ensure that there is no false market at any time.

If ASX/ASIC had requested and subsequently suspended AZZ on the 07/09/15 (when the original announcement was released) for lack of information NO ONE would find them in the situation that they are in today - that is a fact, and that is why a regulated market beats a deregulated market any day of the week.

@pisces stick to gambling at the casino, let the educated do the 'investing'.
