new shell. looks good with a 1.16 market cap, options look all in the money - i.e. cicero will be rich if this company goes anywhere.
it will be the ccheapest you will get at these levels with no share price depreciation possible, but itll definitely be a long play imo. @forrestfield strauss minoil. maybe ones for you, as my own capital is limited atm.
