I honestly believe if one wants to buy more than their entitlement, it may be best to get them on market because it will be up to the company where those under-subscribed (if any) shares will go and who knows where they will go come next week. I feel the opportunity cost of having your money stuck in Boardroom's BPAY account for 1-2 weeks (waiting for refund) is far too much than paying 0.1-0.2c more. All IMO and it's not investment advice.
