That's the mystery, isn't it? Why strike a deal which hurts the company terribly? Makes no sense. The market surely sees it as a huge negative. It sees it as extremely damaging.
A partnership? I would think that would have to be disclosed, as it is a material event.
All in all, has not been a fun ride with this company. Some call it volatility. But, that implies rapid rises, as well.
