Do not understand what you mean by hang up.. However I have left a message on ANZ's facebook querying who is senior enough that I can get in contact with to formally write to them about my disapproval with their site and lack of moving with the times. My issues are as follows:
- service has been down for up to a few hours during business days in the past few months
- there is still no iphone app
- some functions within the site has been done multiple times outside of business hours when I have been trying to conduct research. I have been in contact with the multiple times about this
- the tax tools can be extremely slow and they blame a 3rd party for this
- it can take ages to get stocks allocated (eg. Origin SPP shares). I had to ring and request for them to be added
- DRP shares are not automatically created in your views with the correct DRP price
