Of course its based on functionalities, The active uses only appear because the app gives them a function they can use. If the function is not for them then NO download..

If whatsapp was released with NO functionalities what do you think there marketshare would be ?.....A big fat Zero!


Whose to say Oper8tor is not a product people want ..It has a myriad of Functionalities of which some i will certainly use. Once its released then we will see how popular it has become and of course be able to garner the market share..until then it's a worthless argument!
