Guys, I need advice.
Using Westpac Online Trading, I bought some more A2 shares on Wednesday 16th Dec, and sold some old BAL shares on Friday 18th Dec. Both trades were worth the same amount, ~ 10,000 AUD. So I forgot to let them settle, and emptied the Westpac settlement account into my Commsec account on Friday. Settlement of the A2 purchase is due on Monday 21st.
Will my BAL sale offset the settlement of A2 purchase? Or do I need to transfer my 10k back into Westpac from Commonwealth? What happens if I don't settle on time? (I've never failed to do that before)
