Howard will go down in the annals as the PM who cruised to success on the financial underpinnings of the changes Labor made and who led Australia into an illegal war and championed the most corrupt and dangerous US president ever.
Whatever happens to the Libs, my guess (and hope) is that Beasley will not lead the Labor party into the next election...
