Spark NZ finishes buyback for 2015 calendar year

Spark New Zealand announced in June 2015 it would undertake an on-market
share buyback of up to $100 million during the 2015 calendar year, to return
gearing to a more appropriate level for the Company.

Spark New Zealand has now finished the on-market share buyback for the 2015
calendar year. 12,417,988 ordinary shares have been acquired under the
buyback for a total consideration of NZ$34,749,362.
