P & I on PPOR, I Only on the rest until the PPOR is paid off. All extra money should be directed towards the debt which you do not get a tax deduction for.
This is regardless of whether or not you have the ability to service P & I on all 3 loans etc. Use the tax system to your advantage to create wealth.
