So ACO can run ou the existing active students (any left??) up until AAT determination. Makes no scrap of difference to Department of Education funding deferrals which are essentially about funding contract with own terms and conditions beyond terms of registration which ASQA consider haven't been met.
This aspect announced today hollow. ACO have not won stay conditions which permit Phoenix to trade as per normal until AAT resolution.
