The second paragraph says it all - CYP partnering with a '...very well-funded group'. The Regience announcement may have been received with some scepticism (they look like a small company trying to make it big, perhaps too similar in this way to CYP?). Apceth is a different beast altogether...I think it still may take signing of a deal with $ attached before the market sees the potential - but for me this is a very exciting step.
