It is not really fair to blame anyone in particular, drilling into the ground to find something 4kms down is inherently a risky business.
The legacy well GG1 still produced gas and condensate so let us not write off RGN-1 as a failure, it is too early for that but I think Ken should provide a much better suite of information than what he has done today.
