re: valuation of smm: a174 mill offered Bit strong Mr Moon.You are right to a point re questions and opinions ,but a tiny amount of research would make their comments more relevant.
i.e VUL and SMM board members. A few clicks on the mouse inthe ASX web site shows Directors of both companies. I think this is Gerry's point.
However it is all fun, and these mergers and acquisitions just add a little spice to a hot sector.
