Yes, if everyone takes it up except you the dilution will be ~25%. Realistically the retail entitlements are unlikely to be taken up in full so the dilution wont be that extreme, with a best/worst case (depending on your point of view) scenario minimal dilution equal to the volume issued for the underwritten amount of ~$4m.
This is the company incentivising your buy in to 'protect' your investment.
