according to the information: "the additive adds 3% to 20% extra cost for GDOT (Georgia Dept of Transport)"

using an average of 12% extra cost, does a cubic yard of concreted surface cost GDOT $2,000?

Checked my notes and can confirm price of $18-$25 per gallon. 20 tonnes will produce 240,000 gallons. At $25 Tis equals $6mil. Either the chairman is wrong or!!
