Page 29 says that "It is anticipated that the Record Date will be 7.00pm on 15 February 2016" .. but "this date may change".
(NB: Gandel Metals controlled AGS employed a similar cash destruction strategy with a shareholder-paid-for IER to get approval for their unpopular forced sale of the company's main asset)
