Ouch! Your sage advice reminds me when I put in a buy order for my daughter in June 2012 at about 4.2 cents where it was the previous week when i bought caj shares. The price refused to fall back below 4.5 cents and I refused to pay the higher price, so she lost that once in lifetime opportunity. It was a very small amount and I got nice cap gains on our investment (sold between 13c snd 52c). But the lesson is to buy based on valuation, not where the price was (anchoring) or hope to be. At least, buy in parcels to average in. (Fyi: i bought in again this month between 28c and 32c, but used up my cash before the fed health bombshell).
