@ fungicide,
That's correct, having an operational prototype for which Nuheara invested $500k changes the risk profile of the company and as result its valuation increase. What is interesting is that even at 2.5c the MC of the company at full dilution (including performance shares) is just $14m, have a look around and you will see that most of the latest RTO's start with a MC of $30m once they are re-listed and some of them don't even have a product/service to sell.
In terms of potential, it is worth to mention Fitbit listed in NASDAQ with a current MC of almost USD6B (yes, Billion) and, just recently, Fossil Group acquired Misfit for USD260m. The guys at Nuheara are already thinking about the next generation and upgrades, so the journey is just starting. In addition, we cannot forget that this is a team with extensive experience in this field, they already have an office in San Francisco USA, and Justin and David (co-founders) already have a company operating in the industrial segment (www.sensear.com). Finally, the cherry on top, Turnbull's government supporting exactly what Nuheara is trying to achieve. Just my humble opinion.
