    The company is after $11mil. First everyone is offered but whatever shortfall of the $11 mil. The underwriter will take $4 million of that so if shareholders take up $6 mill the underwriters take up $4 mil that $10 mil then if anyone would like more than their allocation the other mil comes into play. Up to $11 mil.
