    The Valentia / Eastasia proposal for the first US$15ml will take the Val/East holding to 14.3% of EVM LTD with out any of the additional US$200ml for EVM LTD, while the Board /Management will be on 30.1%. I am sure they (val/east ) will be looking to increase that.
