    I somewhat agree with you Singa, the board does need to restructure. Transerv which is drilling in the same area has 3 board members, the Exec chairman is a venture capitalist, the other 2 board members are both oil men and it is quite noticeable that Alcoa the JV partner and financier does not have a board representative.
