CCI Holdings (CHL) is at the centre of a t/o bid from CPB. Tomorrow the bidders statement from CPB goes out to shareholders, and shortly following that will be the much awaited target's stament from the board of CCI Holdings.
The board is expected to present guidance on profit, price/earnings ratio's and prospects for the business going forward......all these will be a catalyst to drive the shareprice well up in advance of the pitiful 31c offer so far put forward by CPB.
Shares in this rising star are hot property, and over the next week or so things are going to hot up further!!!
